In this week’s satire for Kinamedia, cartoonist Niklas ”@Kludd-Niklas” Eriksson wishes everyone a Merry Xhristmas or perhaps a Merry X(i)mas, with a Christmas card portraying Xi Jinping in front of his own Christmas tree decorated with some of the satire published on Kinamedia during the past year.
In Xi’s Christmas tree we can see Hu Jintao who was led out from the 20th Party Congress, Olaf Scholz who went to a business trip to China, Nancy Pelosi who defied Beijing to visit Taiwan, Tim Cook escaping from China’s Covid chaos, and Elon Musk on Twitter suggesting Taiwan would better be ruled by China.
Naturally, Vladimir Putin and the Covid virus itself is something that has been following Xi Jinping closely throughout the year, earning them a special place closer to Xi during his Christmas party – especially given their cruel contributions to the skulls replacing the presents under the dictator’s personal Christmas tree.
The pen of Kludd-Niklas is ready to depict whatever will happen around the Communist Party core leader and eternal General Secretary even during the coming year – Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
